Damage caused by improper maintenance
Tampering or altering or disassembly of product
Using product for applications other than intended
Overloading product exceeding specifcations
Lightning, Fire, Flood or Acts of God
Any product who's serial number has been altered, defaced or removed

Lithium Ion Power Wall Batteries 10 Years
10 Year Product or parts replacement (full replacement pro-rated at 1.67% per month after the first year and calculated against the purchase price paid). Shipping fees are not included

All Solar Panels are backed by a 10 year manufacturers warranty and a 25 year power output warranty

Should a quality issue arise within the warranty period, SRNE will repair or replace defective products free of charge (excluding shipping)

Should a quality issue arise within the warranty period, Deye will arrange spare parts replacement (excluding shipping)
